HOW WE SHIP

Shipping directly from our suppliers allows us to provide you with unique products not available in stores at exceptional prices. 

Tracking emails are automatically sent from our website as soon as our suppliers fulfill the orders. Tracking updates show after a few days, with the majority of the updates coming once the orders reach the destination country. It's not uncommon for it to take a little longer than what you are used to with domestic shipping.

We are headquartered in Spain but we ship direct, which means products mail out from around the world directly to your address.

TIMES

The orders will be fulfilled in 2-5 days from our suppliers warehouse and reach the destination in 7-20 days after it's fulfilled.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is our goal to ensure you enjoy shopping with us

However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept requests for returns if 3 days has passed after your order has been delivered.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All items are inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at wishfulwhiskersshop@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and your order number. We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, you will have the option to receive a replacement piece or a full refund of the amount that you paid, the choice is up to you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

All items are inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive a wrong item, please contact us at wishfulwhiskersshop@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new piece will be sent to you once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, store credit or a full refund of the amount that you paid, will be given to you.  

MISSING ITEM 

IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ coming from a different warehouse. If after some days/week after receiving the first parcel you didn't receive the missing items simply email us at wishfulwhiskersshop@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

WRONG SIZE

If the size you selected runs too small or too big please contact us and we will be able to exchange it for a new size. Note that we are already taking the shipping costs from us to you, exchanging a size will cost the following: Shipping the wrong size item to us (around $5-$12 , depending on your place of residence).

Shipping the new size to you will be taken by us again! =)

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 10 hours of purchase. However if 10 hours have passed after your order is made then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
