Care instructions

To make the collar work properly and last longer, we recommend that you follow these care instructions:

  • Before using the collar, make sure it is fully charged. You can use the USB cable that comes in the package to connect the collar to a power source. The collar charges in about two hours and has a LED light that indicates the battery status.
  • Adjust the collar to the size of your dog’s neck, so that it is comfortable but not too loose or tight. You should be able to insert a finger between the collar and your dog’s neck.
  • After using the collar, clean it with a damp cloth and dry it well. Do not use chemical or abrasive products to clean the collar, as they could damage it. Store the collar and the remote control in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
